charming, fully furnished, first floor apartment has a living room/kitchen,
double bedroom, double sleeper sofa and private bath. It is located two blocks from our Guest
House - still in Historic Hampden.

Minimum Stay: 2 Nights
CASH SPECIAL: Offered for cash payment only.
Deposit: Required to confirm lodging. You will receive a
full invoice confirmation when deposit is recieved.
Checks & credit card accepted for deposit. All major credit cards and
e-Checks are processed online through PayPal.com
Reservation deposits
made less than 21 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Payment In Full: Full balance is due at check-in. Credit cards
and cash are accepted at check-in. All E-Checks and major
credit cards are processed online through PayPal.com. At check-in, should a currency conversion be necessary, there is a
$2.00,US, per diem, handling fee. All rates do not include applicable taxes
Cancellation: You must notify us within 21 days prior to
confirmed arrival date for a deposit refund.
There is an $18 processing fee for cancellations.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping
is provided, fresh
bath linens provided daily.
Continental Breakfast "Lite": Daily, self-serve provided. Serving includes wheat
product (which may be combined with fruit) coffee and juice. Portions calculated 1.5 times, per adult. We do
not have a full- service kitchen, nor menu.
Kitchen: Kitchen use is not included. A
kitchen is included with our Apartment.
Check-in:
Flexible check-in after 2:33 PM. Thank you for estimating your arrival
time within 1 hour. Hampden House does not maintain a 24
hour check-in desk. Please check with Owner if you
need other special arrangements.
Check-out:
Check-out by 11:02 AM. Requests for exceptions should be arranged at time of booking. Extended
check-out time available for $35 per hour.
NO Smoking/NO Candles:
Traveler's accommodations are non-smoking rooms. No candle burning allowed. You
accept a $250 cleaning fee for smoking or burning candles in Guest rooms.
