Guest Rate Sleeps Four	$165.00 NIGHTLY	Check with Owner for special longer stay rates
Included: This charming, fully furnished, first floor apartment has a living room/kitchen, double bedroom, sleeper sofa and private bath, cable TV, paddle fan, air-conditioner.  All utilities are included with the apartment rate. It is located two blocks from our Guest House - still in Historic Hampden.

Terms & Policies

Minimum Stay:  2 Nights  

Deposit:  Required to confirm lodging. You will receive a full invoice confirmation when deposit is recieved. Checks or cash accepted.  All e-Checks and major credit cards are processed online through PayPal.com  Reservation deposits made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Payment In Full:  Full balance is due at check-in.  Checks and cash are accepted. All E-Checks and major credit cards are processed online through PayPal.com.  At check-in, should a currency conversion be necessary, there is a $2.00,US, per diem, handling fee.

Cancellation: You must notify us  within 14 days prior to confirmed booking for a deposit refund.  There is a $15 processing fee for cancellations.    We can accommodate unexpected emergencies with official documentation.  No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

Housekeeping:  Daily housekeeping included, fresh bath linens provided daily.

Check-in:  Hampden House does not maintain a 24 hour check-in desk. Flexible check-in time after 2:33 PM.  Thank you for estimating your arrival time within 1 hour.  Please check with Owner if you need other special arrangements.

Check-out:  Check-out by 11:02 AM.  Requests for exceptions should be arranged at time of booking. Extended check-out time available for $35 per hour.

NO Smoking/NO Candles:   Traveler's accommodations are non-smoking rooms.  No candle burning allowed. You accept a $250 cleaning fee for smoking or burning candles in Guest rooms.
